I started initial training of Tabla at the age of 3 under the guidance of my father.(blessed to be the 3rd generation with a musical background). Afterwards took guidance of great maestros like Late Ustad Shamim Ahmed Khan ji (Nephew of Ustad Faiyaz Khan) and Ustad Babar Latif Khan (Son and Disciple of Ustad Latif Ahmed Khan).Associated with the greatest organization of Indian Classical Music- 'Gandharva Mahavidyalaya', till 7-8 years (Done "ALANKAR " over there) and completed Bachelors from Delhi University, (Hindu College).
